SVT: BOD Resolution on stake transfer

On June 27, 2018, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Vien Dong Technology Joint Stock Company approved to transfer stake of three schools as follows:

1)    Approving to transfer the stake worth VND800,000,000 with the transfer value of VND1,600,000,000 by issuing stock of Vietnamese American Secondary School.

    Time of implementation: June 27, 2018.

    Transferee: Vietnamese American Education Culture Joint Stock Company.

2)    Approving to transfer the stake worth VND875,000,000 with the transfer value of VND1,750,000,000 by issuing stock of Vietnamese American Private Elementary School.

    Time of implementation: June 27, 2018.

    Transferee: Vietnamese American Education Culture Joint Stock Company.

3)    Approving to transfer the stake worth VND800,000,000 with the transfer value of VND1,600,000,000 by issuing stock of Vietnamese American British Secondary School.

Time of implementation: June 27, 2018.

Transferee: Vietnamese American Education Culture Joint Stock Company.
