SJF: Board resolution on dividend payment for 2017

On June 08, 2018, the Board of Directors of Sunstar Investment Joint Stock Company approved the dividend payment for 2017 as follows:

-          Payment method: in stock

-          Exercise ratio: 20% (Those who own 05 shares will receive 01 new share)

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 13,200,000 shares

-          Value of shares expected to be issued: VND132,000,000,000

-          Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit

-          Time of implementation: in Quarter II – Quarter III/2018

-          The number of shares distributed to each shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional part (if any) will be cancelled.
