According to the Board resolution dated May 30, 2018, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved a plan for private placement of shares as follows:

-          Issuer: Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common stock

-          Par value: VND10,000

-          Offering volume: 24,387,123 shares

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          The object of the offering: Thanh Thanh Cong Investment Joint Stock Company 

-          Time of implementation: from May 31, 2018 to June 22, 2018 or after the investor completes the payment.
