QNC: Notice of removing restrictions on QNC

In accordance with Regulation on listing shares attached with Decision No. 639/QD- SGDHN on 13 Oct 2016 of General Director of Ha Noi Stock Exchange and Official letter No.493/CV-QNC of Quang Ninh Construction and Cement JSC on explaining reason and plan to overcome supervision, Hanoi stock exchange announced the removal of restrictions on QNC shares as follows:

• Reason: In accordance with Point 3.1 Section 3 Article 14 of the Regulation on listing.
