Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Dinh The as a member of the BODs cum Deputy Chairman of the BODs.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Pham Tat Thanh as a member of the BODs cum Director.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Thoi as a member of the BOS cum Head of BOS.

-          Mr. Tran Vu Phuong was appointed as a member of the BODs.

-          Mr. Le Tu Hieu was appointed as a member of the BODs.

-          Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang was appointed as a member of the BOS cum Head of BOS.
