Based on Minutes of  KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company dated June 22, 2018 regarding the personnel change as follows:

1. Approving to resign Mr. Nguyen Duc Hung as Head of Supervisory Board as from June 22, 2018.
2. Approval of Mr. Nguyen Duc Hung is appointed as member of Supervisory Board.
3. Approval of Ms. Dinh Thi Khanh Ly is appointed as Head of Supervisory Board as from June 22, 2018.
