Investment Commerce Fisheries Corporation announces Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2018 dated June 08, 2018 as follows:

1)    Approving audited financial statements in 2017.

2)    Approving to decrease charter capital from VND868,000,000,000 to VND128,070,000,000.

3)    Approving the business result in 2017 and plan for 2018:

a)    Business result in 2017:

-          Profit after tax;               (29,039,127,754) dongs

b)    Business plan in 2018:

-          Revenue:       190,000,000,000 dongs

-          Profit after tax: 6,400,000,000 dongs

4)    Approving report on the BODs activities in 2017.

5)    Approving report from the Supervisory Board in 2017.

6)    Approving the selection of the Southern Auditing and Accounting Financial Consultancy Service Company Limited to audit financial statements in 2018.

7)    Approving no dividend payment for 2017.

8)    Approving no allocation of remuneration to the BODs and Supervisory Board in 2017.
