HII: Resolution on the distribution of unsold shares

According to the Board resolution dated June 05, 2018, the Board of Directors of An Phat – Yen Bai Mineral & Plastic Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

Article 1: Approving the result of the offering to the existing shareholders:

-       Number of shares registered to issue: 13,600,000 shares

-       Number of shares distributed: 12,990,175 shares

-       Number of unsold shares: 609,825 shares

Article 2: Approving the distribution of 609,825 unsold shares: 

The Board of Directors decided to offer 609,825 shares 04 following persons:

1. Pham Thi Anh: 159,825 shares
2. Nguyen Thi Hong Bich: 150,000 shares
3. Pham Thi Dung: 200,000 shares
4. Ho Xuan Tu: 100,000 shares

-       These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.

-       Selling price: VND14,000/share

-       Payment date: by 15:00, June 06, 2018.
