HID: Resolution on the capital contribution

Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated June 04, 2018 as follows:

   The Board of Directors approved to contribute VND3.94 billion, equivalent to 98.5%, to establish Halcom Insurance Company. The Board assigned Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung, CEO, to participate in the Board of Directors and to be the representative of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company at the new company.
