Hanoi electromechanical manufaturing joint stock company notices on Dividend payment in cash as follows:

- Par value: VND 10,000/share
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 05/06/2018
- Reason: Dividend payment of 2017 in cash
       + Exercise rate: 15% (shareholders receive VND 1,500 for every share they own)
       + Exercise date: 12/07/2018
       + Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Finance Accounting Department of Hanoi electromechanical manufacturing joint stock company on working days from 12/07/2018. Identification Card (original copy) is required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
