HDC: Record date for stock issuance to pay dividend On June 13, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.821/TB-SGDHCM about the record date for stock issuance to pay dividend of Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ex-right date: June 27, 2018
- Record date: June 28, 2018
1) Reason & purpose: stock issuance to pay dividend for 2017.
2) Content:
- Exercise ratio: 12% (100:12) (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 12 new shares.)
- Expected issue volume: 5,352,341 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be bought as treasury shares at the price of VND10,000/share.
- For example: Shareholders owns 302 shares. With 12% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 197 * 12/100 = 36.24 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder receives 36 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.24 *10,000 = 2,400 dongs.
- Place of payment:
