HDC: Board resolution on choosing an audit company

According to Board Resolution No.48 dated June 07, 2018, the Board of Directors of Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company approved to choose TTP Auditing Co., Ltd. as the audit firm to audit HDC’s financial statements in the first six months of 2018 and in 2018.
