GMD: Resolution on the appointment Chairman of the BOD & CEO

On June 08, 2018, The Board of Directors of Gemadept Corporation approved the appointment of Mr. Do Van Nhan as Chairman of the BODs in the term 2018-2023, Mr. Chu Duc Khang & Mr. Phan Thanh Loc as Deputy Chairman of the BODs in the term 2018-2023, Mr. Do Van Minh as CEO in the term 2018-2023.
