FLC: Board approves to seek shareholders’ approval

According to the Board resolution dated June 25, 2018, the Board of Directors of FLC Group Joint Stock Company approved to seek shareholders’ approval in writing for the issues under the jurisdiction of the shareholders’ general meeting:

-       Record date: July 16, 2018

-       Time to collect shareholders’ ballots: expected from July 19, 2018 to August 19, 2018  

-       Place to receive shareholders’ ballots: FLC Group Joint Stock Company, 5^th Floor, FLC Landmark Tower Building, Le Duc Tho streest, My Dinh 2 ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Ha Noi city.
