EVG: BOD Resolution on the public offering plan

On June 25, 2018, Everland Invesment Joint Stock Company issued Resolution No.60 regarding the public offering plan with following contents:

-          Record date: July 10, 2018

-          Time for subscription and deposit: from July 17, 2018 to August 06, 2018.

-          Time for rights transference: from July 17, 2018 to August 02, 2018.

-          The rights should be transferred only once.

-          Place to receive subscription:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the office of Everland Invesment Joint Stock Company.
