DLG: Board approves the stake transfer

On June 20, 2018, the Board of Directors of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company approved to transfer entire stake at Duc Long Gia Lai Afforestation and Industrial Plants Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company will transfer 98.86%, with the total transfer value of VND130,500,000,000, to Mr. Le Ngoc Minh.
