DHM: Board resolution on colleting shareholders’ opinions

According to the Board resolution dated June 05, 2018, the Board of Directors of Duong Hieu Global Development Joint Stock Company approved to seek shareholders’ approval in writing for the following issues:

1. To change the Company’s name to the old name according to the resolution of general meeting dated May 18, 2018.
2. To supplement the Company’s business function:

-       Record date: June 26, 2018

-       Time to send ballots to shareholders: July 05, 2018

-       Deadline for feedback: July 20, 2018.
