DHA: BOD Resolution on dividend payment for 2017 & 2018

On June 21, 2018, the Board of Directors of Hoa An Joint Stock Company approved to pay remaining cash dividend for 2017 and to pay first cash dividend for 2018 as follows:

-       Exercise ratio: 20%/par value (2,000 dongs/share), Of which:

+ To pay remaining cash dividend for 2017: 10/par value (1,000 dongs/share)

+ To pay first cash dividend for 2018: 10/par value (1,000 dongs/share).

-       Payment time: Q3.2018.
