Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 announces Board Resolution No.06 dated June 05, 2018 as follows:

1. Cash dividend payment for 2017:

-       Payment ratio: 30% (3,000 VND/share)

-       Record date: June 20, 2018

-       Payment date: June 29, 2018

1. The Board of Directors decided to choose RSM Vietnam Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. to audit D2D’s financial statements in 2018.
2. The Board of Directors approved an agreement allowing SONADEZI Services Joint-Stock Company (a company belongs to the same group SONADEZI) to rent a water treatment factory in Nhon Trach 2 Industrial Zone.
