AGR: Board Resolution _ Jun 12, 2018 According to the Board resolution dated June 12, 2018, the Board of Directors of AgriBank Securities Joint Stock Corporation approved to implement the resolution of the 2018 Annual General Meeting:
- Total revenue: VND187 billion;
- Total expense: VND104.6 billion;
- Profit before tax: VND82.4 billion.
The Board of Directors approved the policy on changing names of branches of the Company as follows:
1) Giai Phong Branch:
- Old name: AgriBank Securities Joint Stock Corporation – Giai Phong Branch
- New name: AgriBank Securities Joint Stock Corporation – North Branch
2) Ho Chi Minh Branch:
- Old name: AgriBank Securities Joint Stock Corporation – Ho Chi Minh Branch
- New name: AgriBank Securities Joint Stock Corporation – South Branch
3) Da Nang Branch:
- Old name: AgriBank Securities Joint Stock Corporation – Da Nang Branch
- New name: AgriBank Securities Joint Stock Corporation – Central Branch. HOSE
