VPW: Stock under trading restriction

Pursuant to Regulations on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision No.78/QĐ-SGDHN dated 05/02/2016 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the temporary suspension of VPW stock as follows:
-          Issuer: Vinh Phuc Water Supply and Drainage JSC No. 1
-          Securities type: common stock
-          Stock code: VPW
-          Par value: VND10,000/share
-          Number of shares under temporary trading suspension: 11,168,676 shares
-          Total value under temporary trading suspension (by par): VND 111,686,760,000
-          Trading restriction: VPW can only be traded on Friday weekly.
-          Effective date: 28/05/2018
 -       Reason: The registration of transactions does not fix the causes of the securities suspended in the notice No. 494 / TB-SGDHN dated 21/5/2018. According to Point d, Item 1, Article 32 of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when VPW stock is allowed to be traded again after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading suspension.
