VJC: Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2018

VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the 2018 annual general meeting of shareholders dated April 26, 2018 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the documents regarding the reports of Management Board, Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, the 2017 audited financial statements.

Article 2: Approving all contents of documents by the Board of Directors, including:

-          The 2017 profit distribution plan according to the Report No06-18/VJC-HDQT -TT.

-          Authorizing the Board of Directors to choose an audit company for VJC in 2018 according to the Report No02-18/VJC-HDQT -TT.

-          Amending the Articles of Association according to the Report No05-18/VJC-HDQT -TT.

-          The fund for the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in 2018 according to the Report No08-18/VJC-HDQT -TT.

-          The 2018 dividend payment according to the Report No07-18/VJC-HDQT -TT.
