UDC: Resolutions on business performance and change of personnel

Urban Development and Construction Corporation announces Board Resolution No.03 dated May 28, 2018 as follows:

1)    The Board of Directors approved the report on business performance in Quarter 1/2018:

v  Business performance of the parent company:

-          Total revenue: 31,651,132,610 dongs

-          Profit before tax: 1,472,030,768 dongs

-          Profit after tax: l,177,624,614 dongs

v  Consolidated business performance:

-          Total revenue: 54,723,732,019  dongs

-          Profit before tax: 724,706,140 dongs

-          Profit after tax: 89,136,016 dongs

2)    The Board of Directors reappointed Mr. Ho Thanh Con, Member of the Board of Directors, as the CEO of Urban Development and Construction Corporation for the term of 05 years, effective from March 15, 2018.

3)    The Board of Directors approved to receive the transfer of land at 227 Vo Thi Sau, Thang Tam ward, Vung Tau province.

4)    The Board of Directors approved to amend the Articles of Association.
