TV1: Decision on delisting of stock

On May 14, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.171/QD-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 1 (TV1):

-          Number of shares delisted : 26,691,319 shares

-          Value of shares delisted     : VND266,913,190,000

-          The effective date of delisting: June 13, 2018

-          Last trading date                  : June 12, 2018

Reason: The audit company rejected to give opinions on the audited financial statements of parent company in 2017 and the audited consolidated financial statements in 2017. This is the case of delisting as defined at Point h, Clause 1, Article 6, Decree No. 58/2012/ND-CP dated July 20, 2012.
