TTF: TTF to transfer stake at TTG

According to the Board resolution dated May 11, 2018, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation (TTF) approved to transfer a part of stake at Truong Thanh Green Joint Stock Company (TTG) as follows:

-          Stock type: common stock

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Number of shares to be transferred: 2,556,971 shares, equivalent to 48.02% of the charter capital of TTG.

-          Transfer price: not less than the par value

-          Time of implementation: by May 31, 2018.
