On May 14, 2018, the Board of Directors of Truong Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the change of personnel as follows:

1)    Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Xuan Nghia as Chairman and member of BODs as from May 15, 2018.

2)    Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Thuy Chung as member of BODs as from May 15, 2018.

3)    Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Canh Dinh as Chairman of BODs as from May 15, 2018.

4)    Approving the additional election of Mr. Le Xuan Binh as member of BODs as from May 15, 2018.

5)    Approving the additional election of Mr. Vu Tuan Manh Linh as Chairman of BODs as from May 15, 2018.

6)    Approving the resignation of Ms. Le Thi Phuong Thao as Chief Accountant as from May 15, 2018.
