TDH: DWTD Joint Venture signs a contract with VMEP

On May 14, 2018, Daewon - Thu Duc Housing Development JSC (DWTD), a joint venture between Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation and Daewon Group (of which, Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation owns 40%), officially signed a contract to establish a joint venture with Vietnam Manufacturing and Export Processing Company (VMEP) in order to invest in the complex project in Ha Dong district, Ha Noi city.

-          Name of new joint venture: SYM - DWTD Housing Development Co., Ltd.

-          Charter capital: US$23 million

-          Capital contribution ratio by DWTD: 49%

-          Information on the project:

+  Location: La Khe ward, Ha Dong district, Ha Noi city

+  Area: 40,603.7 m2

+  Total investment: US$115 million

+  Time of development: 05 years.
