TDC: Notice of change of personnel

On May 18, 2018, the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Trade and Development Joint Stock Company approved the change of personnel as follows:

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Bui Ba Khoa from his positions at Viet Construction Investment Consulting Co., Ltd.:

• Approving the resignation from the position of TDC’s representative for TDC’s stake;
• Approving the resignation from the position of Member of the Board of Members;
• Approving the resignation from the position of CEO.

-          Appointing Mr. Pham Thanh Son to replace Mr. Bui Ba Khoa as the representative for 6% of TDC at Viet Construction Investment Consulting Co., Ltd.

-          Appointing Mr. Pham Thanh Son as CEO cum Member of the Board of Members at Viet Construction Investment Consulting Co., Ltd.
