SGR: BODs Resolution on stock dividend for 2017

On May 16, 2018, the Board of Directors of Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company approved the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2017, specifically as follows:

-          Expected issue volume: 5,939,997 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 100:15 (Shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 15 new shares).

-          Issue time: expected in August 2018.
