PXS: PXS cancels the record date for Annual General Meeting

Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company has announced the cancellation of record date of March 30, 2018 for Annual General Meeting 2018 (AGM 2018), because the Company would like to delay the meeting date of AGM 2018 by June 30, 2018. New record date and meeting date will be announced to shareholders as soon as possible.
