Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.639/QĐ-SGDHN dated 13/10/2016, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under alert:
-         Issuer: Petrovietnam Engineering Consultancy JSC
-          Stock code: PVE
-          Reason: Late on announce FS 2017 (over 15 days), which was in alert situation according to Point 1.6, Clause 1, Article 13 of Listing regulations
-          Effective date: 14/05/2018
Alert period ends when PVE Petrovietnam Engineering Consultancy JSC overcomes current situation.
