Phu Tai Joint Stock Company announced the Board resolution dated May 09, 2018 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the result of share offering:

-          Number of shares registered to issue: 5,184,038 shares

-          Number of shares distributed: 5,170,358 shares

-          Number of unsold and fractional shares: 13,680 shares

Article 2: Approving the distribution of 13,196 unsold shares to Mr. Nguyen Huu Tam.  

-          Selling price: VND35,000/share

-          Transfer restriction: 01 year

-          Payment time: from May 09, 2018 to May 10, 2018.
