NVL: Capital contribution to Nova Nippon

On May 03, 2018, the Board of Director of No Va Land Investment Group Corporation approved to contribute VND1,058,779,700,000, equivalent to 105,877,970 shares to Nova Nippon Joint Stock Company. After the transfer completed, No Va Land Investment Group Corporation owns 107,877,570 shares, equivalent to VND1,078,775,700,000 (contributed 99.98% of charter capital of Nova Nippon Joint Stock Company.)
