NVL: Board Resolution _ May 30, 2018

According to the Board resolution dated May 30, 2018, the Board of Directors of No Va Land Investment Group Corporation approved the following contents:

1)    To fulfill procedure at the Planning and Investment Department of Hochiminh City to register to increase the Company’s charter capital from VND8,617,859,280,000 to VND9,142,859,280,000.

2)    To amend the Articles of Association regarding the new charter capital of VND9,142,859,280,000.
