NT2: Board Resolution on Dividend Payment

PetroVietnam Power Nhon Trach 2 Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.08 dated May 08, 2018 regarding the cash dividend payment for 2017:

-          Payment ratio: 20%/charter capital, equivalent to 2,000 VND/share. (The dividend rate for 2017 is 30%, of which 10% paid according to the resolution dated 19/9/2017)

-          Financial resource: the undistributed profit after tax.

-          Record date: May 18, 2018

-          Payment date: May 30, 2018
