On 26 Apr 2018, TKV- Campha Thermal Power Joint Stock Company announced Decision of issuing the Charter as follows:

1. Charter attached.
2. Decision on replacing the old Charter of the Company took effect from the date of siagnture.
3. Board of Directors, Managers Board, Board of Supervisors, Departments, Workshops, Leaders assigned to implement.
