1)    Approving the appointment of Mr. Trinh Xuan Dai as Chief Accountant as from May 21, 2018.

2)    Approving the appointment of Nguyen Thi Trang as Planning Manager as from May 21, 2018.

3)    Approving to adjust the list of employees to issue shares under ESOP.

4)    Approving to transfer rights of bonus shares under ESOP on May 21, 2018
