Department of Planning & Investments of Ha Tinh Province receive the Document No. 45/CV-HĐQT issued on 19 Apr 2018 on proposing to renew the meeting date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2018 of Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Joint Stock Corporation. After checking, Department of Planning & Investments of Ha Tinh Province has these following opinions:
Based on Clause 02 of Article 136 of the Enterprise Law issued in 2014, Department of Planning & Investments of Ha Tinh Province allows Ha Tinh Minerals and Trading Joint Stock Corporation to renew the meeting date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2018 until 11 May 2018. Require Board of Directors of the Company to preparing well contents for the meeting.
