MSR: Change in number of outstanding voting shares

On 16 May 2018, Masan Resources Corporation changed the number of outstanding shares as follows:
Contents the information disclosure: Transform all dividend preferred shares into common shares and change the total number of outstanding voting shares
On 18 Apr 2018, MSR received the Document No. 3347/CNVSD-DK issued by Vietnamese Securities Depository Center on approving transforming all issued dividend preferred shares of MSR (equivalent to 15,902,430 shares) into common shares and not having any change in owners of these shares. This adjustment is effective from 16 May 2018. Therefore, from 16 May 2018, total number of outstanding voting shares of MSR is: 719,447,328 shares.
