MKP: Explanation for the difference of over 10% in financial statement Q.I/ 2018 year on year

On 27 Apr 2018, Mekophar Chemical Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company explained the difference of over 10% in financial statement Q.I/ 2018 year on year as follows:
Profit after tax of Q.I/ 2018 of Mekophar Chemical Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company decreased by 24.96% year on year.
Reason: The Company invested in new plants at high-tech Park in Ho Chi Minh City. The plant was in the progress of completion, so cost rose as follows:
Mekophar Chemical Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company’s profit after tax dropped by 4.46% year on year because of decrease in financial income caused by bank loan interest and investments.
Mekophar Co., Ltd’s profit after tax dropped by 20.50% year on year due to increase in operation cost to accept the plant.
