     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Exercise rate: 1.05%/share (shareholders receive VND 1,050 for every 01 share they own).
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Mechannics Construction and Foodstuff JSC on working days from 22/06/2018. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
          - Exercise date: 22/06/2018.
         * Bonus share issue to outstanding shareholders:
          - Exercise rate: 34.725% (The shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 34.725 new shares)
          - Exercise place:
               + For undeposited shares: The owners shall implement the procedures on receiving dividend at Office of Mechannics Construction and Foodstuff JSC on the working days and submit ID card or Passport or Business Registration Certificate
               + For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd shares and unsold shares will be distributed to other subjects with price not lower than that offered to outstanding shareholders.
