LWS: Extending the time of holding the 2018 annual general meeting of shareholders

On 24/04/2018, Lao Cai Water Supply Joint Stock Company announced regarding extending the time of holding the 2018 annual general meeting of shareholders as follows:
 
Pursuant to clause 2, article 136 of Enterprise Law 2014, the Department of Business Registration of Lao Cai Authority for Planning and Investment approves Lao Cai Water Supply Joint Stock Company to extend the time of holding the 2018 annual general meeting of shareholders within 6 months since the end date of financial year. If the Company doesn't hold the annual general meeting of shareholders within the specified time, the Company will be completely responsible according to law regulations.
