On April 27, 2018, Ha Tien 1 Cement Joint Stock Company announces the personnel change as follows:

1)    Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh as CEO as from April 27, 2018.

2)    Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh as Chairman of BODs as from April 27, 2018.

3)    Approving the appointment of Mr. Luu Dinh Cuong as CEO as from April 27, 2018.

4)    Approving the appointment of Ms. Huynh Thi Nhu Tran as Head of Supervisory Board as from April 27, 2018.
