On April 27, 2018, the BODs of Hoa Sen Group issued Resolution No.37/NQ/HĐQT/2018 about the establishment of four branches, specifically as follows:

1)    Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – My Loc, Nam Dinh Branch

-    Address: highway 21A, Han Thong Hamlet, My Thuan Commune, My Loc District, Nam Dinh Province, Vietnam.

-    Head of branch: Mr. Vu Van Duy

2)    Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – Ha Giang Branch

-    Address: highway 2,  Cau Me Hamlet, Phuong Thien Commune, Ha Giang City, Ha Giang Province, Vietnam.

-    Head of Branch: Mr. Bui Xuan Trong

3)    Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – Con Town, Nam Dinh Branch

-    Address: 488C, Con Town, Hai Hau District, Nam Dinh Province, Viet Nam.

-    Head of Branch: Mr. Dinh Van Hai.

4)    Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – Yen Son, Tuyen Quang Branch

-    Address: highway 2, Tram An Village, Thang Quan Commune, Yen Son District, Tuyen Quang Province, Vietnam.

-    Head of Branch: Mr. Hoang Van Chung.
