Article 1: Issue along with this decision being the Charter of Hai Van Tunnel Management and Operation Joint Stock Company which has been amended and supplemented from 16/04/2018.
Article 2: The Charter of Hai Van Tunnel Management and Operation Joint Stock Company includes 21 chapters and 57 articles.
Article 3: This Decision is valid from the date of signature and replace with the current Charter of Hai Van Tunnel Management and Operation Joint Stock Company.
Article 4: Members of Board of Directors, General Manager, Vice- General Managers, Heads of Departments, the subsidiaries and shareholders of Hai Van Tunnel Management and Operation Joint Stock Company are responsible for implementing this Decision.
