HDC: Report on the result of share buyback

Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company announces the result of share buyback as follows:

-          Number of shares registered to repurchase: 4,000,000 shares

-          Number of shares repurchased: 475,000 shares

-          Trading period: from April 10, 2018 to May 09, 2018

-          Number of treasury shares before trading: 1,079 shares

-          Number of treasury shares after trading: 476,079 shares

-          Financial resource for trading: the capital surplus until 31/12/2017

-          Average buying price: VND16,802

-          Trading method: order-matching 

-          The Company did not purchase the full number as registered because the price of HDC shares during the trading period was often higher than the expected buying price of VND17,000/share.
