HAB: Information disclosure about the 1st annual General meeting of Shareholders was not eligible to hold

 On 27 Apr 2018, Hanoi School Books and Equipment Joint Stock Company hold annual General meeting of Shareholders 2018 of the Company at No. 02 Cua Bac, Truc Bach ward, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi City. Total shareholders who register to attend and authorized people: 14 shares, representing 596,250 shares, accounting for 29.9% of total voting shares of the Company.
Based on article 141 of Enterprise law and article 31 of charter of the Company, annual General meeting of Shareholders 2018 of Hanoi School Books and Equipment Joint Stock Company was not eligible to hold due to not enough number of attendees.
The 2nd annual General meeting of Shareholders 2018 of Hanoi School Books and Equipment Joint Stock Company expected to hold on 25 May 2018.
