GDT: GDT announces the plan for share buyback

Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company announces the plan for share buyback as follows:

-          Number of treasury shares before trading: 53,610 shares

-          Number of shares registered for buyback: 10,350 shares

-          Purpose: to increase the number of treasury shares according to the regulation of ESOP of 2016.

-          Financial resource: the capital surplus

-          Trading period: from May 30, 2018 to June 01, 2018

-          Trading method: withdrawal and transfer of ownership to Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company.

-          Repurchase price: equal to the par value

-          Agent: Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company.
