FCN: Resolution on the share transfer at subsidiaries

According to Board Resolution No.23/2018 dated May 28, 2018, the Board of Directors of FECON Corporation approved the share transfer as follows:

1)    Approving to transfer the entire 1,044,160 shares owned by FECON Soil & Construction JSC (FECON S&C) at FECON Miltec JSC. Time of transfer: in Quarter II/2018.

2)    Approving to transfer the entire 465,600 shares at Dong Khe Organic Agriculture Joint Stock Company (formerly known as FECON FARM) in order to decrease the ownership ratio of FECON Corporation from 51% to 27.72% at Dong Khe Organic Agriculture Joint Stock Company. Time of transfer: in Quarter II/2018.
