On May 07, 2018, Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 11,390 shares

-   Number of shares registered to purchase: 1,082,489 shares; Of which:

+ For 82,489 shares: to repurchase shares from the employees resigned.

+ For 1,000,000 shares: order matching or put through.

-   Purpose: to make its treasury shares and to stabilize ELC’s stock price.
